Итоги Всероссийского конкурса подводились на базе Исследовательского центра экспертизы пожаров в г. Санкт-Петербурге.
В северную столицу прибыли победители региональных конкурсов – испытательные пожарные лаборатории из Ставрополя, Новгорода, Кировской, Брянской, Амурской, Кемеровской и Тюменской областей.
Каждое подразделение проходило тестирование, а также представляло отчетный материал о своей деятельности.
Конкурсная комиссия оценивала служебную деятельность испытательной пожарной лаборатории по комплексному показателю. Руководителям учреждений на заключительном этапе необходимо было подготовить рецензию на заключение пожарно-технической экспертизы и защитить ее перед конкурсной комиссией.
По результатам всех этапов со значительным (в 6 баллов) отрывом от соперников первое место завоевало ГУ «Судебно-экспертное учреждение Федеральной противопожарной службы «Испытательная пожарная лаборатория» по Ставропольскому краю», на втором месте – ИПЛ города Новгорода, на третьем – специалисты из Кировской области, всего на пол балла обошедшие экспертов из Брянска.
