Петровским межрайонным следственным отделом следственного управления Следственного комитета по СК завершено расследование уголовного дела в отношении участкового педиатра и двух фельдшеров отделения скорой помощи муниципального учреждения здравоохранения «Благодарненская центральная районная больница». Они обвиняются в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 109 УК РФ (причинение смерти по неосторожности вследствие ненадлежащего исполнения лицом своих профессиональных обязанностей).
По данным следствия, в декабре 2009 года в ходе приема больных к участковому педиатру обратилась женщина с полуторагодовалой дочерью. Врач произвела визуальный осмотр, приняла жалобы, но основное заболевание девочки – грипп – не диагностировала. Диагноз педиатра прозвучал, как «афтозный стоматит» (он явился осложнением ОРВИ). При этом докторша не приняла мер к госпитализации ребенка и назначения ей лечения. Больную отпустили домой.
Впоследствии к девочке на дом два раза выезжали фельдшеры скорой медицинской помощи. Они поставили правильный диагноз – ОРВИ, но, опять же, меры к госпитализации малышки не приняли. Фельдшеры сделали только инъекцию с литической смесью.
В результате ненадлежащего исполнения этими медицинскими работниками своих профессиональных обязанностей, полуторагодовалая девочка скончалась дома от гриппа: заболевание осложнилось двусторонней пневмонией.
В ходе предварительного следствия собрана достаточная доказательственная база, в связи с чем уголовное дело с утвержденным обвинительным заключением направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу.
